City Council tours Columbus Avenue as carnival site

Just days after hearing a presentation by the city's public safety department regarding a temporary location for the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival carnival on Columbus Avenue, there are more questions than answers.

Members of Grand Haven's City Council and the Coast Guard Festival Committee, along with residents and business officials, took an up-close and personal tour of the street to get familiar with the area.
